senting non-supervisory employees. Nevertheless, the judgment entered

in this proceeding by the Court will be binding upon all non-academic

employees of the University of Kentucky at the Lexington campus. Ad-

ditional questions may be submitted to the Court for determination

following the Court's decision on the questions outlined above. You

may intervene in this proceeding by appropriate pleading within thirty

(30) days from the date shown on this notice.  If you have any questions

with respect to your rights as they may be affected in this proceeding,
