Dear Superintendent:

At the executive meeting held at Lexington in
November, it was decided that each State Superintend—
ent be requested to bring to the gtate Conven-
tion their report and file it with the Recording Sec-
retary for the minutes; and that each Superintend—
ent present the work of their department in an
interesting and helpful speech tothe Convention,
five minutes time being allowed each one.

It was also urged that all State Superintend—
ents subscribe for the "Union Signalg that they
may be thoroughly posted as to the work in their
_various departments.
