FROM 'THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITIEE. . . .
I I Tne response from the Council on Library Resources concerning our proposal
on a research methods course has been favorable. The Committee once again
debated the makeup of such a course and many suggestions were offered. No
conclusions were reached. ‘
· John Bryant reported on the Title II—C meeting in Gainesville where he =
represented Paul Willis. Several of the Libraries have turned back honey
which means we may be able to extend the project even longer. Conversion is
just about completed i.n Agriculture and the team soon moves to Law. The
most exciting news is that the holdings committee has cone up with a MARC
format for holdings of serials. Once the federal money has dried up there
is a possibility. private sources of funding will be sought to continue
Uwe project. I ..—· ‘ ` ·
