E) COMPENSATED AND UNCOMPENSATED LABOR.
I The work necessary for carrying on the Agricultural and
Horticultural operations of the College is done by the students
d, in those departments, and is paid for at rates varying from six V
ni to ten cents per hour. Its design is two—fold; to put in prac-
