T h e free c o m m u n i c a tion o f thoughts and opinions is one of the i n v u l n e r a b l e r ights o f man_; and every c i t i z e n m a y freely write, speak, o r p rint, o n any subject, being responsible for the abuse o f t hat l i b e r t y .
