until further notice as it is now run under the supervision

of the President and Comptroller.
       Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried by

yea and nea vote, President Barker id delegated as a Committee

of one to look after the financial affairs in the management of

the Annual for the present graduating class and to give particular

attention to the financing of same and through him the University

will guarantee the printing bill of $100.00 for the printing of

same, and at-the same time, the University subscribes $250.00 for

one hundred copies of the Annual and two pages of advertising.
       At twelve o'clock, the Execttive Committee assembled in

the Trustees room upon the canmus and cointed the votes cast by the

members of the Alumni Association for the nomination of four cani-
dates from said body, whose names will be submitted for election

and out of said number, two who receive the hifhest number of votes

to be made trustees of this University, all of which is authorized

by an Act of the K-entucky Legislature passed in 1914. The vote be-

tabulated shored 219 cast and the four persons receiving the high.

est number of votes were Dr. S. R. Marks, John Wesley Woods, Mrs.

C. J. Smith and Frank Bataille who were declared the nominees.
