Biography/History

Clark McMeekin was the pseudonym of Dorothy Park Clark and Isabel McLennan McMeekin. Isabel McMeekin and Dorothy Park Clark both also wrote under their own names.

Scope and Content

These are manuscripts of three novels, two, SHOW ME A LAND (46M72) and CITY OF THE FLAGS (50M57), written by Clark McMeekin, and one, KENTUCKY DERBY WINNER (49M21 and 50M68), by Isabel McMeekin writing alone. The three novels are in typescript form, and the author's unbound copy of KENTUCKY DERBY WINNER is also present (49M21).
