comes now the plaintiff, nob uooton, and for
his cause or action herein states that on or about the
lst ray of november, 1914, he sold and deliveret to the
said defendant, John Campbell, one horse for the sum of
985.00, and that the said deiendant Promised and agreed
to pay this plaintiff the said sum of V85.OO, on or before
the lst day of Leoember, 1914, and that the said defendant -
hasfailed and refused to pay same although payment has
been repeatedly demanded of him by this glaintiff; he
states that the said demand is a just demand and that no
part thereof has ever been paid and that he ought as
he believes recover of the said defendant the said amount
With interest thereon from the lst day of December, 1914,
until paid.

he states that the Said defendant, dohn Camybell
is insolvent and has no prOperty in this state subject to

' execution or not enough thereof to satisfy the plaintiff‘s

demand and that the collection of the demand will be en-
dangered by delay in obtaining judgment and a return of
no pr0perty found.

the Lexington a Eastern nailway company are now indebted
to their co-deiendant dohn Campbell in a sum, the exact
amount of which is not known to this plaintiff, but as he

demand and the interest and cost of this action.

of attachment immediately issue against the property of

be summoned as garnishees and bezmquired to come into Court
and disclose the exact amount 0: their indebtedness to thsér
co—dezendant, John Campbell, and that they be required to
pay into Court a sufficient amount to satisfy the demand
of this plaintiff together with the interest and cost of
this action; he prays for his cost and all proper and
equitable reflief to which he may be entitled.

My letter of December 16th resnrned herewith rhion was

received with yours of the Elsa relative GO attachme t of Bob Roouton
‘ v. John Campbell.

We received a message from Our agent at Haxard on the 15th
uhgg Bob Wootton had attached John Campbell for $85.00 debt an& $15.00
probable costs. In hnnoling further it was found that the attaoh— V
men; was brought to stop any money that might be due fir.Cempbell in
settlement of his stock claim, papers being i_ the heads of Hootton a
Morgan eu Hazard.
