         President Donovan recommended that the request be granted and the
Kentucky Utilities Company be informed of acceptance of the grant of $25, 000
to be used on the project.

         Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the request was ap-
proved and the A. C. Power Network Analyzer was authorized designed, con-
structed and installed.


         S. Parking Fine Account Transferred to the Student Loan Fund.

         President Donovan reported that the parking fine account balance con-
sisted of about $6, 700. 00. He recommended that the balance be transferred
to the Student Loan Fund.

         On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the balance of the Park-
ing Fine account of $6, 700. 00 was authorized transferred to the Student Loan Fund.
