Further, the Board of Trustees have made an annual award of gr
free scholarship to the pupil in each affiliated school who has completed
the certified course with the highest class standing. This scholarship
entitles the recipient to free tuition. lt, in addition, the holder of a
scholarship obtains the ·~ County Appointment," he is entitled to fl-ee
I room in one of the dormitories and free traveling expenses.
