nently leaves the University. This deposit is then returned after clothing and
equipment account has been verified for any loss or damage. _
H Deposit for University Band
Each member of the University Band is required to make a deposit of
$10.00. The deposit is returned after all equipment has been checked in at the
close of the school year.
it Fees for Correspondence and Extension Courses
'l‘ The fee for correspondence courses is $7.00 per semester hour; under-
graduate extension classes, $7.00 per semester hour for Kentucky students
and $15.00 per semester hour for out-of-state students. Graduate extension i
classes are $9.00 per semester hour for Kentucky students and $20.00 per
semester hour for out-of-state students.
D Fees for Auditors
All auditors are charged the same fee that they would pay for credit.
Withdrawal and Refund of Fees
3 The registration fee and any late registration fee assessed are never re-
funded, and no other fees are refunded after the ninth week of a semester.
Students leaving during the first nine weeks of a semester will receive a refund,
l_ the amount of which will depend upon the date of withdrawal. Any student
d withdrawing from the University must tum in his ID card to the Registrar.
If this is not done at the time of withdrawal, the student will be charged for
the use of the ID card until such time as it is tumed in.
During the first week after the opening of the summer session, students
h withdrawing from the University may receive a refund not to exceed 70 per
cent and in no case will refunds be made after the first three weeks.
A refund will not be granted unless the student makes his withdrawal
official in the Registrar’s Office. All refunds must be claimed within the fiscal
° year of the withdrawal.
