VT GRTJMPTON, Barren County, Ky., was mortally wounded in IN .   battle at Shiloh, and died April 13, 1862.

LUTHER P. CHAUDOIN, Greene County, Ky, fought at Jackson, Chickamauga, Rocky Pace llidge, Resaca, and Dallas ; was severely wouuded at Dallas, and disabled for further duty during the war.

CHARLES CLARKE, Louisville, Ky, fought at Shiloh ; was discharged on account of disability by disease, November, 1862.

TT7/ILLIAM DICKINSON, Glasgow, Ky, was enlisted at sixteen I I years of age, but refused to accept a discharge, November, 1862, wheu tendered to all under eighteen, aud rejjulisted. Was appointed corporal, November, 1862; was elected second lieutenant, February, 1863. Fought at Vicksburg, Murfreesboro', Jackson, Chickamauga, Rocky Face Ridge, Resaca, and Dallas; from Dallas to Atlauta; at Peachtree, Intrenchment, and Utoy Creeks, and both days at Jonesboro'. Obtained a furlough in October, 1864, and returued to Kentucky, where he recruited a company for the regiment, but did not succeed in rejoining the army before the surrender.

JF. DAVIDSON, Barren County, Ky, was wounded in battle at .   Murfreesboro', January 2, 1863, and captured.   Died in prison at Nashville some time duriug that year.

WILLIAM H. ESTES, Greene County, Ky, fought at Baton Rouge, Murfreesboro', Jackson, Chickamauga, Rocky Face Ridge, Resaca, and Dallas; from Dallas to Atlauta; at Peachtree, Intrenchment, and Utoy Creeks; both days at Jonesboro', and in all the cavalry engagemeuts. He was wounded at Chickamauga, September 20, 1863.

DAVID EDWARDS, Edmonson County, Ky, was wouuded in battle at Shiloh; fought also at Vicksburg and Batou Rouge.

HAL B. GARVIN, Hart County, Ky, was appointed first sergeant, 1862. Fought at Vicksburg and Baton Rouge; was slightly wounded at the latter place ; fought at Jackson, Chickamauga, Rocky Face Ridge, Resaca, and Dallas; from Dallas to Atlanta; at Peachtree, Intrenchment, and Utoy Creeks; both days at Jouesboro', and in the cavalry engagements up to March, 1864, when he was sent into Keutucky to recruit, and had not time to return before the army was surrendered.

THOMAS GALLOWAY, Barren County, Ky, was transferred to Company F, January, 1862, and died at Decatur, Alabama, some months afterward.
