JOHN G. SMITH, Greene County, Ky, fought at Shiloh; was discharged on account of disability by disease, at Corinth, May 20, 1802.

JOSEPH STREET, Hart County, Ky, was killed in battle at Shiloh, April 7, 1862.

ROBERT N. SANDERS, Barren County, Ky, fought at Shiloh; died of disease at Jacksou, Mississippi, October 1, 1862.

TTENRY SIMMS, Hart County, Ky, was wounded in battle at Shi-JtX loh, and captured; was discharged on account of disability by wound, January, 1S63.

JAMES P. TOLLE, Barren County, Ky, was appointed chief musician, February 18, 1862, and retained that position throughout the war ; fought at Murfreesboro', Jackson, Chickamauga, Rocky Face Gap, Resaca, and Dallas ; from Dallas to Atlanta ; at Peachtree and Intrenchment Creeks; was wounded at the latter place, July 22, 1864. After having recovered, he was mostly engaged in detail service, but participated iu some mounted engagements in South Carolina.

I) OBERT TINNELL, Barren County, Ky, was almost constantly I)   disabled for service by disease, and died, September, 1804.

TM D UNDERWOOD, Greene County, Ky, fought at Shiloh; died J_J   of disease at Corinth, Mississippi, 1862.

ELIAS UNDERWOOD, Greene County, Ky, fought at Shiloh ; died of disease at Montgomery, Alabama, 1862.

WINN, Glasgow, Ky, fought at Shiloh, where he was wounded and captured, April 7, 1862; after having been exchanged, ho fought at Murfreesboro', Jackson, Chickamauga, Rocky Face Ridge, Resaca, and Dallas; from Dallas to Atlanta; at Peach-tree, Intrenchment, and Utoy Creeks; and both days at Jonesboro'; was captured at the latter place, and was not exchanged iu time to take part in the subsequent engagements.
