M. WAYNE, Bardstown, Ky., died of disease at Oxford, Mississippi, August, 1862.

pHARLES L. WARD, Louisville, Ky. (See Company D, Fourth \J   Regiment, page 688.)

WINN, Tenn., was transferred from Crews' battalion, May, 1862, aud died of disease at Murfreesboro', December, 1S63.

JAMES WALKER, Tenn., was transferred from Crews' battalion, May, 1862.   Fought at Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Murfreesboro', Jacksou, Chickamauga, and Missiou Ridge.

JOHN WALKER, Tenn., was transferred from Crews' battalion, May, 1S62.   Fought at Vicksburg aud Jacksou, aud was afterward transferred to a Tennessee regiment.

AP. WALKER, Teuu., was transferred from Crews' battalion,     May, 1862. Fought at Vicksburg, Murfreesboro', Jackson, Mission Ridge, and Rocky Face Gap, after which he was transferred to the Fourth Confederate Infantry.

TYLER WILSON, Bardstown, Ky., was transferred from the Eighteenth Mississippi Infantry, March, 1863. Fought at Jacksou, Chickamauga, Missiou Ridge, Rocky Face Gap, Resaca, and Dallas; from Dallas to Atlanta; at Peachtree aud Iutrenchmeut Creeks; at Jonesboro', and in the mouuted engagements.

MWEEDMAN, Meade County, Ky., fought at Shiloh, and was     wounded aud captured there; but rejoined the company, after having been exchanged, September, 1862, and fought at Murfreesboro', Mission Ridge, Rocky Face Gap, Resaca, and Dallas; from Dallas to Atlanta; and at Peachtree aud Intrenchment Creeks; was wounded at the latter place, July 22, 1861, but recovered aud took part in the mouuted engagements.

BEN WEBER, Bardstown, Ky., was killed iu battle at Shiloh, April 6, 1862.

TTTILLIAM MITCHELL, Hartford, Ky., was elected captain, Sep-T 1     tember 22, 1861, aud was killed in battle at Shiloh, April- 6, 1862.        

l\fOSES WICKLIFFE, South Carrollton, Ky., was elected first Jj.L lieutenant, September 22. 1861. Be took part in nearly all the engagements of the command up to the autumn of 1S64 after which he was the acting quartermaster of the regiment till the close.
