LEVI W. SURRATT, Texas, was not enlisted until after the battle of Shiloh. He fought at Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Hartsville, aud Murfreesboro': was transferred, May 2, 1863, to Compauy H, Fifteenth Texas Infautry; and was afterward wounded in battle at Chickamauga.

JOHN S. SHACKLETT, Kentucky, was one of the Partisan Rangers, and was trausferred to this company, November, 1862. He fought at Hartsville aud Murfreesboro' ; and was trausferred to the navy, April, 1S63.

LOUIS STOLSENBERG, Germany, was enlisted in May, 1862, and 'fought in the subsequent engagements of his company.   He was wounded at Baton Rouge.

AJELSON UNDERWOOD, Louisville, Ky, is represented as having xS    been in every engagement of his company, aud never wounded.

JL. VAUGHAN, Buffalo, New York, was one of Morehead's . Partisan Rangers, and was attached to this company, November, 1862. He fought at Hartsville, Murfreesboro', Jackson, and Chickamauga, and was killed at the latter place.

ANDREW WRIGHT, Louisville, Ky, fought at Shiloh, Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Hartsville, Murfreesboro', Jackson, and Chickamauga. He was permanently disabled by loss of a leg at the latter place, September 20, 1863.

T) ICHARD WILBURN, Texas, was enlisted iu May, 1S62, and XV fought at Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Hartsville, and Murfreesboro'. He was trausferred to Company II, Fifteenth Texas Infantry, May 2, 1863.

WM. H. WALKER, Texas, was enlisted in May, 1862, and fought at Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Hartsville, and Murfreesboro'. He was trausferred to Company H, Fifteenth Texas Infantry, May 2, 1863.

FRANK WOODSON, Louisville, Ky, was generally unfitted by ill health for duty in the ranks, and finally died of disease, in Atlanta.

PW. WOODWARD, Texas, was enlisted in May, 1862, and fought .   in some of the subsequent engagements, up to May 2, 1863, when he was transferred to Company H, Fifteenth Texas Infantry.

pHARLES ZEIGLER, Germany, was enlisted at Corinth, after the vj battle of Shiloh, and fought at Vicksburg, Baton Rouge, Hartsville, Murfreesboro', Jackson, and Chickamauga. He was mortally wounded at the latter place, and died soon afterward.
