 P. M. Nat Corbin stated that erother John W. Lancaster, Sr., wanted
his resignation accepted as Secretary of the Lodge and after some dis-
cussion Bast G. M., G. Allison Holland made a motion that action of
previous meeting be reconsidered regarding not accepting the resig-
nation of Brother Lancaster. Motion was seconded by Brother Corbin
and carried unanimously.

Brother G. Allison Holland made a motion that the resignation of John
W. Lancaster as Secretary be accepted which was seconded by T. E. Rix, Jr
and carried unanimously.

Brother G. Allison Holland made a motion that John W. Lancaster, Sr. be
made Secretary-Emeritus of Lexington Lodge Number One which was second-
ed by George W. Wurtz and carried unanimously. I

Waiver Morehead Lodge #654, F. & A. M., Morehead, Ky. asked in a

on L. A. written communication dated May 14th, 1927 for a waiver on

Powers. the petition of Lewis Alex Powers of 418 Kentucky Ave.,
Lexington, Ky. and after some discussion it was suggested
that a waiver be not granted on a citigen of this city in
order that he might petition a Lodge in another City in the
State of Kentucky.
