in the deep wells of this region, even where they appear to be  
perfectly free from possible sewage contamination. In this in-  
stance, the location of the well, below the drainage of the city of  
Lexington, suggests "remote" sewage contamination.

y  matter as the ordinary spring water of this vicinity. It is a very  
  weak saline water.
