Off1c1al Feed Samples Analyzed
by the
FEED AND FERTILIZER DEPARTMENT I
- KENTUCKY AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION
Never has it been more important than now, that
farmers and honest dealers and manufacturers be pro-
tected from the misbranding and adulteration of
‘ feeds. Difficulty of getting ingredients and the great
demand for feeds together bring strong temptation to
misrepresent the feeds. l\/lost manufacturers, however, C
are keeping their feeds up to their former high stand-
ards and maintaining their reputation for high—qual—
ity products. The tag on the bag, and the reports of
analyses of feed samples by the Kentucky Agricul-
tural Experiment Station, are a ready basis for judg-
` ing quality in feeds.
