 _V Freshmen entering the University for the first time are
3}.  required to report to the Memorial Hall Monday, Septem-
= TIT  ber 12, at 9:00 a. m. Those appearing at any later time
  will be subject to the penalty for late registration.
1   During the week the freshmen will hear lectures on
 5; important University customs and regulations; and will
jg  meet members of the faculty, and become acquainted with
 ;,; the University campus and buildings. They will also be
Fg  given tests to enable the deans to advise them relative to
as  their classiiication and work. In short, the purpose of
  the week is to prepare each student, as far as possible
  for the work that is expected of him at the University.
