FRESHMAN WEEK
. (SEPTEMBER 15 TO 20, 1927)
· Freshmen entering the University for the first time are
required to report at the Men’s Gymnasium Thursday, Sept.
15, at 9:00 A. M. Those appearing at any later time will be
subject to the penalty for late registration.
` During this week the f1·eshmen will hear lectures on
important University customs and regulations, will meet
members of the faculty, and will become acquainted with
\ · the University campus and buildings. He will also take a
` number of tests for the purpose of enabling the University j
to advise him relative to his work. In short, the purpose
, of the week is to prepare each student, as far as possible
l for the work that is expected of him and to start him right
§ at the beginning of his University life.
