Change in Family Status, the Participant may change an election

            (or make an election) for the balance of the Plan Year in which

            the Change in Family Status occurs, provided that the change in

            election is made in accordance with the terms and limitations of

            section 5.1. Such election may also be changed or suspended by

            the Plan Administrator if necessary to comply with any

            nondiscrimination standards found in Code sections 105(h), 125,

            129, or other sections of the Code or ERISA.

       (e) Change in Election to Reduce Unearned Compensation. Any increase

            or decrease in an election to reduce Unearned Compensation due to

            changes allowed under section 5.1 shall be made as of the first

            Pay Period following receipt of the change by the payroll system,

            provided that notice of the change is received by the Plan

            Administrator within 30 days after the Change in Family Status

            occurs.



                   Article VI. AdministrAtion and Finncing



       6.1 Administration. The Plan Administrator shall administer the Plan

and shall have the authority to exercise the powers and discretion conferred

on it by the Plan and shall have such other powers, discretion, and authority

necessary or proper for the administration of the Plan. The University shall

designate one or more of its officers or employees to control and administer

the Plan.



The Plan Administrator may adopt such rules and regulations for the

administration of the Plan as it shall consider advisable and shall have full

power, discretion, and authority to enforce, construe, interpret, and
