Started in 27 of 28 games at power forward...Second in rebounding with 6.7 boards per game and third in scoring with an average of 14.4...Had a career-high 16 rebounds against Louisville...Scored a career-high 27 points against North Carolina to earn MVP honors...Scored 20-plus points on six different occasions and had 10-plus rebounds five times...Led all scorers with 23 points and five rebounds against Indiana... All-State as a junior and senior and was a leading contender for "Mr. Basketball" honors in 1987... Averaged 23.6 points and 10.3 rebounds as a senior in leading Mason County to a 31 -3 record, the 10th region title and to the quarterfinals of the state tournament in 1987...Shot 57% from the floor and 73% from the line as a senior...Scored 26 points against Louisville Ballard, 22 points with nine rebounds against Louisville Doss in 1987 state tournament...
