Since the New Ideas Plan was installed on April 1, 1955, total
annual savings of $l,969,836,23 have been reported. During the
same period, 33,570 suggestions have been submitted by Harvester
employes, of which 4714 have been adopted for which $235,640.51
in award money has been paid,
During the month ef April 1958, for the eighth time since the New
Ideas Plan was installed, a maximum award was presented to a
Harvester employe, He is employed at Motor Truck Engineering,
