I outstanding cases at this time with the idea of closing as
many of them out as possible by December 31, 1930. Minor
cases probably can be closed out with some sort of a final
report, including a final medical report. Cases which
require some‘sort of a final settlement possibly can be
taken care of either by making an agreement or a final
' settlement.
If you have some cases upon which you are paying
compensation for specific loss, such as amputations, etc.,
y and at this time there is only a small amount due, say
possibly seventy—five or one hundred dollars, it would
be our suggestion that you attempt to close these cases
out by the end of this year.
