Project #2376 District 5: This month's cover picture is of the renovated Courthouse in West Liberty, KY. The work was accomplished under WPA Project #2376 included repairing the concrete block building by applying an outside coat of cement stucco; replacing the old wood floors with concrete floors; plastering, ceiling, wiring and painting the interior and painting and repairing the roof. The improvements made to the Courthouse provide Morgan County with a good building, which in many respects is superior to the structure when it was originally erected, 1936Part of Goodman-Paxton Photographic Collection, 1934-1942
