Project #3 District 1: Grading and draining Tobacco Road, beginning at city limits of Pembroke and extending in a southerly direction approximately 5.5 miles to village of St. Elmo. Project consists of moving about 43,107 cubic yards of earth and rock and constructing about 508 cubic yards of concrete. Construction of a reinforced concrete box culvert.
