     (15) Pn       Heating and Lighting Plant and Girls' Dormitory.  A
motion was madd, seconded, and unanimously adopted as follows:  That the
President be authorized to take up at once with the engineers the ques-
tion of plans for a heating and lighting plaht and with the architects
for a girls' dormItory.  If satisfactory to the architects and engineers
they are to proceed at once with these plans with the understanding that
no obligation shall be upon the University until we are ready to build,
Further, that Dean Anderson, Mr. Lyle and Mr. Grady are appointed as a
committee to advise with the engineers about the heating and lighting
plant.

     (16)  Bond for Lost Check.  On motion duly made and seconded the
Business Agent was authorized to sign a bond for $315 in favor of the
United States Government on account of a check issued by the Federal
Board for Vocational Education for $283.31, which check was lost in the
mails and did not reach the University. The bond is for the purpose of
enabling the University to receive a duplicate check.

     On motion,the Board adjourned to meet at the University on
Tuesday,February 1, 1921.
