    without authorization of the Dean of Students.


Right of Admission and Access

Section 2.11 Admission Policy

    An applicant for admission to the University shall not be
    discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex,
    marital status, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or
    beliefs. Moreover, no otherwise qualified [handicapped person]
    person with a disability will be denied admission solely because
    of the person's [handicap] disability.

Section 2.12 Scholarships, Grants-in-Aid, and Financial Aid

    An applicant for, or a recipient of, University financial aid, a
    University grant-in-aid, or a University scholarship, shall not be
    discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex,
    marital status, sexual orientation, national origin, age or
    beliefs. Moreover, no otherwise qualified [handicapped person]
    person with a disability will be denied financial aid solely
