  The International Stock Food Company, of Minneapolis,
  Minnesota, last year enjoined the Director, in the United States
  District Court, from causing their goods to be tagged under the
  feed control law. The temporary injunction was dissolved by
  . Judge Cochran, sustaining the Director in every point and dc- _
  elaring the law constitutional. Subsequently, the International
 ll; Stock Food Company changed its label and called its goods a tonic
