Frank M. Arnall House 17 _ 3-24
House :53

John Young called at 4 P.M. and stated that on the list
furnished him a few days ago, House No. 375 is rented —

Garage 61/62 is rented, and House 396 was rented today.

All others on your list are unoccupied.

John has an expression of interest on House 175 which has
been unoccupied for a number of years, and is in an area whmth
we would like to see populated. In view of the condition of
the house, he thought we could not get much more than the SBA,
which is $3375. I authorized him to offer the house at $3600,
or $4000 with Garage G-2u (G—au comprises #91/92)

He also has an inquiry on House 256, which is in Hall Hollow
near the water tank, and has also been unoccupied a number

of years. John said he inspected that house a few days ago
when he was working on the water tank, and its condition is
"decrepit." He felt that anything over $2500 for that
property would be completely unreasonable, and that it would
be worthless if not sold soon. I approved $2500 for that
property. It is on a rock cliff, and while the lot appears
large, most of the land is unusable.

You see what it costs you to leave the office!
