5 7 School in the coming year, and that he desired to recommend that Form TC-6, prepared by the Department of Education for use throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, be accepted, approved and executed. He made available the list of books by subject and book title for the information of Board members, and they being duly advised, upon motion seconded and carried, the textbooks for grades 1-12, as listed on Form TC.6, were approved, and the proper certification was directed to be submitted to the Superintendent of Public Instruction. R. Dr. Willard Made Statement. Dr. William R. Willard was present and, upon being asked, made a brief statement concerning the policy on referrals and on care of indigent patients of the State. Members of the Board evidenced considerable interest, asked questions and, after a brief period of discussion, thanked Dr. Willard. S. Adjournment. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting of the Board of Trustees was adjourned at 11:45 a. m. , EST. The Board members and their wives, having been invited to lunch with Dr. and Mrs. Frank G. Dickey, went to Maxwell Place and enjoyed a delectable luncheon under delightful cir- cumstances. Frank D.
