· ANALYsIs~One gallon contains 525. grains of mineral mat-
ter (8.984 grams per liter) composed of sodium chlorid with
some calcium sulfate, calcium chlorid, magnesium chlorid,
calcium carbonate, sodium sulfid, potassium chlorid, stron-
· tium carbonate and sodium bromid. No nitrate or nitrite
was detected. Total hydrogen sulfid, both free and com.- ’
bined, .075 grain per gallon (.0129 gram per liter),.
It is a salt sulfur water, very much like water of the old
V Lower Blue Lick Spring. ~
