Sec. 2. Officers. The president, vice president, and secretary-
trcasurcr shall have the usual functions of such officers.
Sec. Il. Annual Report. The secretary-treasurer shall mail to
each m·~mln··r ten days before the annual meeting a statement approved
hy the lioaril ot directors showing the tinancial condition of the as-
sociation. which statement shall he acted upon by the members at the
annual in1~~·ting.
set-. -1 Bond. The sccrctary-treasurer shall give a bond in the
sum el, dollars for the l`aitht`ul performance of his duties. The
cost oi` providing this hontl shall he paid by the association.
Sec. 3. Books. 'l`l1c secretary·trcasurcr shall provide, at the ex-
pense ot' the association, the necessary record books and blanks for
the caretaker in each block.
Set; •i, Audit. .\t the annual meeting an auditing committee
shall lie 1·l··1·t·4d by the memliet·s_ whicli committee shall audit the
hooks and accounts not more than Shi days nor less than a week be-
t`or·· the next annual meeting, and shall make a report to the association
at that no-eting.
Sec, T.- Service Fees. Service fees shall he tixcd by the hoard

sociation and shall he collected hy the keeper ot the bull at the time

Sec. 2.—Bull Calf. A bull may be bought as a calf. but shall not lm`;
be used for service tintil the board of directors so orders.
Sec. 3.—Guaranty. All bulls shall be bought with a guaranty that
· they will pass satisfactorily a tuberculin test administered by an stil
official veterinarian ....ll............__ days after delivery. No hull or other to
breeding animal shall be purchased from any herd in which abortion »  s··s¤
has been prevalent at any time during the preceding two years. con
Sec. 4.—S&grcgati0n. The bull shall he segregated from all ani- _ __
mais until tested and accepted. At least four disinfeetions shall be
given the bull during the first two weeks after arrival.
I Sec. 5.»|nspecti0n. The director of each block shall inspect the ·~
herds in his block at least once every two months. and also make a re—
port for the block to the association at the annual meeting. Should hullln
any contagious or infectious disease appear in the herd of any member,   V
that member shall report the fact at once to the block director, and lirirr
shall forfeit his right to the services of the bulls of the association lllili
until such time as a competent veterinarian declares his herd to he liilir

Sec. 6.—Service. The bttll shall not be allowed loose with any lQ.f
