MINUTES OF TIE BOARD OF ThUSTTES      -     June 3, 1909.


     Board met pursuant to adjournment, at 9:15 A.M. June 3rd, 1909.

     Upon motion of President Patterson, duly seconded and carried Robert S.

Bullock was elected Treasurer of the State University for the ensuing year.


     Upon motion of President Patterson, duly seconded and carried D. C. Frazee

was elected to the position of Business Agent and Secretary of the University for

the ensuing year.

    Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the Board adjourned sine die.
