At a called meeting of the Executive Committee of State Uni-

versity, held at Frankfort, Kentucky, April 11, 1912, there

were present :. B. *'ichols, !Tywel n-avies and -. B. Terrell.

    On account of the death of Iaadjor Robert S. Bullock, Trea-

surer of the State University, and the necessity of taking some

stebs to have that office filled temporarily, on motion made,

seconded and unanimously carried, W. F. Warren was named as

his successor, to act temporarily until the matter is finally

disposed of by the Board of Trustees.

    The Executive Committee then adjourned
