lection forms for three repositories: Louisville Free Public
Library, Filson Club, and Eastern Teachers College Library.
Included with the forms are abstracts or complete tran- l
scripts of the original manuscript. The individual form was
used for a single item such as a letter or book whereas the
collection form applied to a series such as Virginia Land
Office Treasury Warrants, 1779-lY82.

vault, motor vehicle, railroad com issioner's office, motor
transportation, central filing office, land office, insurance
commissioner‘s office and file room, and the Department of
Insurance.
