Biography/History

Sadie H. and Adelaide H. Pulliam lived in Glasgow, Kentucky, during the middle of the 19th century.

Scope and Content

The collection consists of two scrapbooks made by Sadie H. and Adelaide H. Pulliam by pasting newspaper clippings over mercantile ledgers from Glasgow, Kentucky. The scrapbooks document prose, poetry, social events, and news stories such as the death of Henry Clay in 1852.
