Sec. l. NAME OF ORGANL
ZATION. The name of this or-

BURIAL FUND?
  · Sec. 2. OBJECT; The object
of this organization shall be to
provide a fund for the pay-
ment of funeral and burial ex-
penses for the deceased mem-
hers of this organnzaton, their
families and dependents, as
set forth in Article 3 hereof.
'This organization is created
for purely mutual purposes
and without intent for profit.
ARTICLE 2.
Sec. 1. ELlGlBlLl`TY FOR
MEMBERSHIP: The mem-
`lcership of this organization
shall he confined to any and
all employees of the Carrs
Foil; Coal Company_ lnc., lo—

class of work engaged, and the

  SEC. 1. ANNUAL MEET-
  ING OF l\/IEIVIBERSHIP: The
  ` annual meeting of this organ-

  the month of January, 1948,
  and annually thereafter on
  the second Saturday of Jan-
  uary of each succeeding year.
  SEC. 2. NOTICE OF AN-
  NUAL MEETING; Notice of
  the annual meeting shall be
  given fifteendays in advance
  thereof. by posting of a writ.-
  ten notice upon the regular
  maintained Bulletin Board of
  the Carrs Fork Coal Com-
  pany, Inc., of Allock, Ky., and
  Notice so posted shall be
  final.
