The following recommendation of the Rules Committee was approved:

” At its meeting on January 29. the Committee on Rules Voted to
recommend to the Senate that two new marks be added to our system:

The following special reports of educational meetings were presented:

 

Professor W. L. Roberts reported on the meeting of the Association of
American Law Schools in New Orleans. December 27, 28 and 30, 1935.

 

Professor fieil Plummer made a report on the joint meetings of the
American Association of Schools and Departments of Journalism. the American
