                        RE SHELBY ESTATE

Recommendation: that the University's attorneys be authorized to take the actions
necessary to release, to the nearest relatives, the University's remainder interest
in the tangible personal property of John Craig Shelby, deceased.

Background: John Craig Shelby died December 18, 1969. First Security National
Bank and Trust Company of Lexington qualified as the Executor of his estate. Mr.
