"On Vengeance Heights," played
by a cast composed of Catherine D.

and Ted Creech, was declared the
play at the annual Strollprize one-aer amateur performance held in the
University chapel last Tuesday night.
The winners will be given first choice
of a block of scats at the first performance of "The Thirteenth Chair,"
which is to be given at the Ada Meade
Theatre, November 16th and 17th.

A beautifully symbolic recognition

Patterson Hall. As the choir sang

Pond.
A wire cable will be placed
over the pond, one end being
given to the freshmen ami the
other to the sophomores, each
class trying to pull the other
through the pond.
The contest is usually accompanied by enthusiastic cheering
by the supporters of the two
classes. The victorious aggregation will later parade through
the downtown section.
