This project consists of the design and construction of a new housing facility of approximately 18,000 GSF to replace the
existing Wildcat Lodge. The new facility is to house the UK men's basketball players in addition to other non-athlete
students. The building will include a controlled main entryway, with combination living/bedroom spaces, a common
space, with dining and gaming rooms. In addition, it will have a conference room and public restrooms in all common
areas. The site will be located just east of the Joe Craft Center.
