p lé·cups dried beans l cup tomatoes
;   2 tablespoons butter I teaspoon sugar
Y 2 tablespoons green pepper, §·teaspoon salt
, chopped
I I/E teaspoon pepper
I I I small onion, chopped
1% tablespoons flour
_ METHOD:
I. Check all materials needed. Use careful level measurements.
2. Soak beans overnight and cook until tender.
5. Heat the butter in a frying pan_and cook the chopped pepper
and onpon in it ior é or o minutes.
4. Add flour and blend thoroughly. l
5. Add tomatcts and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
i 6. Add sugar, salt and pepper and cook about I5 minutes.
