Mary Ida Gray (Human Resources, Chancellor's Office) was a University of Kentucky Community College System (UKCCS) employee in 1997, when KCTCS was created. In this interview, Gray discusses the first KCTCS presidential inauguration to install President Michael McCall in 1999. She describes her role in planning the inaugural events and also recounts the inauguration ceremony and the special events held in conjunction with the inauguration.
