Biography/History

The Kentucky Christian Education Society and the Louisville District Education Society were affiliated with the Disciples of Christ. They promoted the education of young men entering the ministry. The Louisville group disbanded in April, 1859, and its functions were taken over by the Kentucky society.

This volume contains minutes of the meetings of the Kentucky Christian Education Society and of the Louisville District Education Society.
