Dear Freddie;
I want to offer my congratulations to you
on the occasion of your election to the presidency of
the American Medical Association. Along with your other
Baltimore friends I have followed your career with con-
siderable interest and pleasure.
Now that you have received this, the highest
· honor that is within the gift of the medical profession
to my mind, there is little else for you to do but to
enter the Kingdom of Heaven gracefully. When I recall
some of the episodes in our early life I have some mis-
givings about the latter event.
With my kindest regards and esteem, I am
Very sincerely yours,
Uxjbi. I
W. Houston Toulson.
