Dear Fred:. ,
It was with much pleasure that I
read of your election to the Presidency of
the American Medical Association.
Tate Mason said to Uncle Silas and
me one day out on the Coulee Dam, when we were
standing down in the deepest point of the founda-
tion -— "Fred Rankin is the ablestrnan in the
profession."
Thank you so much for going to see my ‘
old friend and associate, Jim Ramsey in Richmond.
With kindest regards —
Sincerely,
Dr. Fred. Rankin
