     Comptroller Peterson reported to the Board that he had pur-
chased from Dr. L, H. Mulligan one lot and house fronting on
Euclid Avenue having a frontage of 30 feet, depth of 100 feet,
bounded on the east, west and north by property owned by Mrs.
P. S. Devereux.   He also reported that he had purchased one house
and lot from Pierre Whiting located and fronting on Euclid Avenue
with frontage of 40 feet and depth of 100 feet and bounded on the
north and east by property owned by Mrs. P. B. Devereux and on
the west by property owned by Adolph Greeb&.    He also reported
that he had purchased one house and lot from Mr. H. L. Boone
and wife, located and fronting on Adams Street and bounded on
the east by property owned by William M. McGinnis, on the south
by property owned by Mirs. P. B. Devereux and on the west by
property owned by M.J. and Marianna DeBoor.
