Adam Rankin as its pastor. In 1794, a school, known as the Kentucky Academy, was created at the church site. This institution was united with Transylvania Seminary in 1798 to form Transylvania University. The church has continued to flourish up to the present time.These are microfilmed copies of the account books, minutes, registers, membership rolls, and other miscellaneous materials of the Pisgah Presbyterian Church and its subsidiary, the Pisgah Bible Society.
