- The Federation, organized in 1921, is part of a national organization for women in business and the professions to promote their common interests. The Kentucky group united five local chapters and encouraged the development of more chapters across the state.

- These reels of microfilm contain records of the Kentucky Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs. They include correspondence, minutes, financial records, and meeting programs.
